Later today, there is a major
hearing in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the dispute
resolution provisions in the Texas Advance Directives Act. The Houston
Chronicle provides good, balanced background.
I have
argued (at length) that TADA is unconstitutional. See also here and here.
